Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and the order number. For hygiene reasons, used or visibly worn items cannot be returned.

Damaged/defective on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email arbaatenableinc01@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a prepaid label or instructions (return shipping cost: $5 or free if due to our error/defect).
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original per the policy above.
